Version Control

  1. Move the cursor over a target source file.
  2. Click the  function icon next to the source file name.
  3. Pop up a selection menu. Then select [Version Control] item form the menu.
  4. Pop up a [Document Version] menu at the right top of the screen. Then turn on  the Version Control from the menu. After more files with same file name are uploaded to or saved on the same destination (such as Group or the Group’s Folder), the file version counter next to the source file name then indicates the number of versions already saved, excluding the version being currently used.
  5. On the Document Version menu, all versions of the file with same file name but different time stamps are listed for your file content review, recovery, removal and file chat review.
  1. Tap the function icon next to a source file.
  2. Select [Version Control] from the pop-up menu.
  3. Turn on  Version Control at the top of the screen. After more files with same file name are uploaded to or saved on the same destination (such as Group or the Group’s Folder), the file version counter  next to the source file name then indicates the number of versions already saved, excluding the version being currently used.
  4. All versions of the file with same file name but different time stamps are listed for you.
  5. Long press on a file in the timeline to select it for further actions. Click the  icon in the top right of the screen to open up a menu.
  6. You may choose actions like file recovery (Restore), removal (Remove) and file chat review (Related Messages).
